Thank you for shopping at Kentek Cables. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a successful return and refund, your items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return
Contact us directly through our official Contact Page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Fees & Cost Responsibility
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect cable), Kentek Cables will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you ordered the wrong size, color, or no longer want it, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For security and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale clearance items.
- Gift cards.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to initiate a return for the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate, independent purchase for the new item on our store.

7. Refund Processing Timeframes
Inspection: We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned package.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank Delays: Please note it can take additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us immediately.
