Handling Time: Orders are processed and shipped the same business day or the next business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM PST (Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day).

2. Shipping Cost & Thresholds
-Domestic Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on all items.
-Minimum Purchase: $0.00 (No minimum purchase required).
-Hidden Fees: We cover all standard shipping costs. There are no hidden handling fees applied at checkout.

3. Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure reliable delivery. Total delivery time equals our handling time plus the carrier transit time listed below:
-USPS First Class / Priority Mail: 2–5 business days
-UPS Ground: 2–6 business days
-FedEx Ground / Home Delivery: 2–6 business days
Please note: These are estimated transit windows and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

4. PO Boxes & International Shipping
-PO Boxes: We happily ship to PO Boxes exclusively via USPS. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes.
-International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
-Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
-Order Issues: If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is delayed, please contact us promptly. We stand behind every product we sell and will make it right.
